For TVC, brand films and premium campaigns - DJI Mini 4 Pro with Zenmuse X9-4K recording in ProRes RAW (the same quality as Apple TVCs and BMW i campaigns). For FPV fly-throughs in tight spaces, windows, tunnels - DJI Avata 2 cinewhoop, safe for close work around talent. For multi-cam briefs we put up 2-3 drones at once with live wireless monitoring on the video village.

Yes, in every quote. Storyboard - frame-by-frame flight description: shot type, length, speed, transitions. Cleared with the agency before we go out. Shot list - shoot-day timing. Location scout - in advance, minimum one trip for shoots in non-standard places. This is the part most drone services skip - and then lose a day on set. We don't skip it.

Yes, that's the default mode. We sync color science with the DOP's main camera (Arri Alexa, RED, Sony Venice) - footage drops into a single pipeline with no re-grading. Wireless monitoring goes to video village for the director and DIT. Pilot works in lock with the DOP's camera-op over intercom. On request - VFX markers on the drone for post tracking.

Yes — about 80% of Warsaw is controlled airspace. We arrange every permit: pilots are EASA A1/A3 Open-01/02 certified, the operator is registered with ULC. Coordination with the regulator takes 3-7 days; for the central core, up to 14 days. For TVC deadlines we move into expedited mode and coordinate with the regulator in advance, against the production calendar. Restricted zones to the west of the city are a separate approval — also our responsibility.

Master + versions for every platform. Hero master 16:9 in 4K H.264 or ProRes for broadcast (we know Polsat/TVP/TVN spec). Online versions 1080p H.264. Reels/TikTok/Shorts - 9:16 with the right framing for the crop (not just a center crop - re-storyboarded). YouTube pre-roll - 6/15/30-second cuts with the right hook. Meta pre-roll - 6/15/30/60 seconds. Social 1:1 for Facebook and LinkedIn. All versions included in the quote, no 'pay extra for vertical'.

Depends on the brief. The default is buyout to brief: full rights on TV, online, social, OOH, in-store, no royalties, no expiry. You can use the material in any campaign, on any platform, unlimited. RAW originals stay with us (for backup), released into your pipeline on request under NDA. Single-use licences (one campaign only) are 30-40% cheaper, negotiated separately.

Yes, across Europe. Within 50 km of Warsaw (Pruszków, Piaseczno, Konstancin) - no travel surcharge. Further into Poland one way plus crew accommodation. Across Europe - shot in Berlin, Prague, Budapest, Vienna for agencies with regional budgets. Cross-border missions are filed with the local regulator under EASA Open Category (each country has its own procedure, we know every European one).

Yes, rush mode. Standard first cut in 5 working days. Rush: first cut in 48-72 hours, 50% surcharge on day rate. Minimum required: brief locked before shoot, storyboard signed off, locations without new permits (or we filed 7 days before the shoot). In 48 hours - that's for already-shot material or an express single-location shoot.

Yes, default. Pilot and producer speak PL, EN, UA, RU. All documents are bilingual PL/EN: contract, invoice, brief, NDA. We work with producers from London, New York, Berlin, Mumbai, Los Angeles. GDPR compliant, VAT-EU invoices, reverse-charge for foreign companies. We deliver via Frame.io, not Chinese cloud services.
