DJI Mini 4 Pro is sub-250 g and around 70 dB from 5 metres. During the ceremony we fly from 15-30 m away — barely audible from the ground. We never fly directly above guests during the vows.
Yes, that's the default. We align on workflow, codec and framerate, then deliver raw 4K 60p D-Log M. We can invoice the video studio directly if preferred.
We agree the day format up front - from short ceremony-only coverage (around 3 hours total) to a full wedding day (up to 8 hours: getting ready, ceremony, portraits, reception). It is not continuous airtime - a dozen 5-15 minute sequences at key moments.
Raw files come with a full personal-use license. If we want to use the footage for our own promo, that's a separate clause in the contract.
Yes, across Poland. Travel within 50 km of Warsaw is included. Beyond that we add a per-kilometre rate and overnight accommodation if needed. We shoot destination weddings regularly (Mazury, Bieszczady, Tri-City, abroad) - send the date and location and we will come back with a concrete offer.
We have a second certified pilot on the team, ready to step in within 12 hours. If shooting cannot take place due to force majeure on our side - we refund 100% of the deposit the same day. In 5 years of work we have missed 0 weddings.
Compensa Vienna Insurance Group, UAV operator OC (third-party liability insurance) for 5 million PLN - approximately 1.1 million EUR. That is 18 times the minimum required by ULC (Urząd Lotnictwa Cywilnego, Polish Civil Aviation Authority). The policy covers injuries to guests, damage to their vehicles, the ceremony building, and the reception area. We send the PDF policy with the date of your event 7 days before the wedding - you can pass a copy to the venue if they request it.
If heavy rain or wind > 38 km/h is forecast 24 hours before shooting, we reschedule free of charge to the next available day from your calendar - the deposit is retained. If rescheduling is not possible (the wedding date is fixed), we fly in short windows between showers or offer a 70% refund of the deposit. The decision is always yours.
Most May-September dates book out 4-6 months in advance. Earlier is easier.
