PDF defect report
Each defect on its own page: photo, GPS location, damage class, suggested action.
Drone with 4K camera + 23x zoom and gigapixel photography. Roofs · chimneys · bridges · power lines · towers. PDF report with GPS coordinates per defect. No scaffolding, no downtime.
Inspecting an 80 m industrial chimney the classic way — 3 days with scaffolding and two workers at height. With a drone — 45 minutes, one operator, zero risk.
We fly a drone with a 4K sensor and 23x optical zoom — from 30 metres we capture millimetre-resolution stills. Cracks, corrosion, missing grout, deformations are visible in a single frame.
Every inspection ships a PDF with GPS location per defect, a cropped photo and a suggested damage class. Report format is accepted by UDT, PINB, banks and insurers.
Three layers: fast visual report, gigapixel image of the whole object, optional 3D model.
Each defect on its own page: photo, GPS location, damage class, suggested action.
200-500 shots stitched into a 1-3 gigapixel image — zoom in to millimetre detail.
Cover condition, gutters, chimneys, PV panels. Leak, missing element and deformation detection.
Masonry, grout, insulation, inner liner. We fly around and inside the flue.
Structural state, corrosion, cracks, spalled concrete. Hard-to-reach inspection.
Overhead MV/HV inspection, insulators, poles. For distribution operators.
Typical client: property manager. Second: infrastructure operator. Third: residential HOA.
Every project is unique — pricing is built around the brief. Sketch your idea in two lines and we’ll call back within 24 hours with a concrete offer.
Technical inspections are fast — 5-step process, total 5-10 days.
Object plan, technical data, renovation history, UDT/PINB docs. We define the critical area.
Weather check + airspace zones. No rain, wind < 30 km/h. Chimney interiors — without shutting down the plant.
Photos from 30-50 m, 23x zoom for detail, gigapixel for the whole object. 1-2 hours on site.
We review 200-500 photos, tag defects with GPS, classify per PN-EN, consult with a structural engineer.
Full report, signed by qualified operator. Format accepted by UDT, PINB, banks and insurers.
Selected frames from recent shoots — Warsaw business districts, the Old Town, palaces, skylines, winter markets and travel landscapes. All captured on our DJI fleet and graded in studio.
Real commercial shoots — from a café to premium real estate and an auto service. Tap any case to watch the video.
Sample report, insurance policy, operator certificates — PDF on request.
From 30 metres a single shot is around 1-2 mm/pixel — enough to see hairline cracks in grout. Gigapixel imagery extends this across the whole object.
Yes, with a small drone (DJI Mini or Avata) and the dust extractor turned off during the inspection. For dirty flues — camera filter cleaning between flights.
Yes. Format aligned with Polish building standards — PN-EN 1990 for structures, PN-EN 13187 for thermography. We work with certified structural engineers.
No. We stand off safely (15 m for MV, 30 m for HV). protocol for distribution operators (PGE, Enea, Tauron) — dedicated clearances.
Yes — 50% of the first inspection price. Same flight plan, identical positions, before/after documentation. Standard for insurers.
The final report is always signed by a certified structural engineer (Uprawnienia Budowlane Bez Ograniczeń, Polish unrestricted construction design licence, general construction specialisation). The drone operator delivers the raw photographic material, and the engineer performs the classification (A/B/C/D), the defect description, and the recommendations. This is what sets us apart from 90% of drone services - they issue a drone-inspector report, which neither insurers nor UDT (Urząd Dozoru Technicznego, Office of Technical Inspection) accept.
24 hours before the inspection we send a safety briefing to everyone working on site. On the day of the inspection - a 30-minute work pause in the flight zone (shopping centre roof, power plant grounds, chimney). Propeller guards on the drone, speed limited to 8 m/s, minimum distance to people of 5 metres.
Rain of any intensity - we do not work (the Mavic 3 Cine is not waterproof, with a risk of optics damage). Fog with visibility < 100 m - we do not work (an EASA requirement for visual line of sight, VLOS). Light drizzle at +10-20°C - a formal refusal, we reschedule with no penalty. Dense fog in November-February - a rare event in Mazowieckie, typically 2-3 times per season.
